You agree to submit any documents we request, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
99jili08 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at our discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 99jili08 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an account not belonging to the registered player and to suspend the account pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. 99jili08 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or fraud investigation.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on 99jili08 are conducted in Philippine Peso ( ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility. 99jili08 does not absorb third-party transaction fees.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 99jili08 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
